Delivery
InPost Parcel Locker
Convenient pickup at any InPost Paczkomat 24/7. The most popular option among our customers.
DPD / DHL Courier
Delivery to the indicated address between 8 AM and 6 PM. The courier will contact you before delivery.

Phrases
You have 30 days to return from the date of package receipt. No forms, no questions—just write to us.
Send a message to the contact address or use the contact form. Provide your order number and reason for return (optional).
Pack the product in its original packaging or another secure box and send it to the address provided by our team.
Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be credited to your account within 5–7 business days. The cost of the return is covered by the customer.

Complaints
If the product arrived damaged or has manufacturing defects, we act quickly.
Damaged during delivery
Take pictures of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receiving the package. Send them to us — we will replace the product or refund your money, no questions asked.
Manufacturing defect
If you notice a defect in the frames or lenses during normal use, please contact us. We process complaints within 14 days of reporting.
