Anti-blue light glasses Day & Night — what you need to know

Kamui are Polish anti-blue light glasses with an AR coating, designed for your entire daily rhythm. Day mode for screen work, Night mode for the evening. Lenses tested by the Military University of Technology (WAT).

Compare Day and Night modes

What are anti-blue light glasses?

Anti-blue light glasses, or glasses with a blue light filter, reduce exposure to high-energy visible (HEV) light (400–500 nm) emitted by monitors, smartphones, televisions, and LED lighting. Kamui combines filtration with an AR anti-reflective coating and a fashionable design—these are screen glasses that don't look like screen glasses.

Day or Night — which mode to choose?

Kamui Day has clear lenses for work, office and studying during the day — discreet filtration in the 400–450 nm range, invisible to others. Kamui Night has amber lenses for the evening — strong 400–500 nm filtration, when light from screens most strongly disturbs melatonin and sleep. You cover the full daily rhythm with both modes.

Do blue light glasses help?

Too much blue light in the evening delays melatonin production and makes it difficult to fall asleep, while long hours in front of a screen contribute to eye fatigue and burning. Kamui lenses have been laboratory tested for spectral transmission—you can find charts and data in Lens Lab. Have questions? Check out our frequently asked questions.
